Visitech develops and manufactures high-precision DLP light engines, electronics, and subsystems for applications including 3D printing, advanced packaging, and lithography. With industrial clients worldwide, the company provides advanced equipment that occasionally requires return for repair or warranty claims.
Information regarding products, orders, and warranties was scattered across various systems. Repair cases were logged via Microsoft Forms, while subsequent communication and documentation took place across email and internal systems. We therefore identified a need to consolidate customer information and streamline the entire repair process.

The result is a dedicated customer portal where Visitech's customers can log in to access information about their products. Here, they can view their purchases, serial numbers, part numbers, and warranty status.
When a product needs to be returned, the customer can initiate the case directly from the product overview. Information about the product is already linked to the case, and the customer fills in the necessary details to describe the issue. Documents, messages, and findings are all collected in the same case.
The customer can follow the progress of the case via a timeline that shows the status throughout the entire process, whether it involves repair, replacement, or on-site service. At the same time, Visitech gains a unified structure for managing cases and the information associated with them.
