Developments i tour bus industry has been very slow in relation to other parts of industry. This wanted Ferdia wanted to to do something and and together developed we a new user-friendly digital solution which makes it easy for both driver and passenger å travel domestically and across across of national borders. By linking together tour bus operators and popotential passengers i a digital solution will be it far easier for both parties å undertake travel.
Offer future solutions, today
Ferdia came to us with the vision of transform the tour bus industry i October 2016 and the project was organised i three creative phases; concept, design and development. The aim was to create a new platform that focuses on two main things; ensuring a healthy, precise and efficient customer journey, and create a network of small and medium-sized bus companies which will benefit from cooperation.
The name of the digital platform is TEQ, a cloud-based ERPsolution with associated application for both iOS and Android. The digital solution is developed to ensure high quality i all stages of customer journey, increase utilisation rates on each bus, and add facilitate facilitate for systematic quality improvement. I addition reduce manual work processes through the digital solution, customer dialogue becomes more efficient and the utilisation rate of each bus increases.

At a time when large corporations and global companies are challenging local businesses, Ferdia comes in as a breath of fresh air. They want to strengthen local communities in Norway by creating a network that benefits from collaboration by developing local bus companies and increasing expertise.
