We have been involved in the entire exciting journey of Abra Kollektiv+, from the initial design and concept phase to production launch. Together with Fell Tech, we have developed the portal called Abralife portal, specifically designed for the board of housing cooperatives and condominiums.

This portal provides a comprehensive overview of system status, control and notification related to water protection systems and smart smoke detectors in all apartments, as well as access control on communal doors and garage doors. Residents can also connect their own products in their apartments, such as smart thermostats, door locks, lighting control and other IoT devices supported by Abra, independently of the board's collective control in the Abralife portal.
