The Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue (RS) wanted to make advanced safety technology available to all boat owners through an easy-to-use app. The solution had to be easy to use, quick to develop and work just as well on iOS as Android.
We worked closely with The Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue and Securmark to define features and user journey. With Flutter, we were able to build a common codebase for both platforms, while integrating sensors, notifications and subscription solutions. User testing ensured that the app became both simple and reliable.
TRYGG BÅT is a new app developed for The Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue in collaboration with Securmark. The app automatically alerts in the event of a fall overboard, water intrusion, theft or movement of the boat, giving boat owners a full view of the boat's condition. We at Gture have developed the app in Flutter so it works seamlessly on both iOS and Android.
The solution is a modern app that gives boat owners peace of mind right in their pocket.
