Our approach

The collaboration with Techstep is a long-term partnership where our consultants have become an integral part of their team. We have worked closely together on strategy, design and product development — always with the goal of creating a holistic and scalable solution.

Through this work we have, among other things:

  • Lead the design processes across UX, UI and service design
  • Contributed with development expertise and architecture to build a robust and scalable platform
  • Developed a rebranding strategy and brought together five separate design teams into one common design system in Figma
  • Supported Techstep in product strategy and agile methods for continuous improvement and faster deliveries
  • Defined new processes for the partner product, with a focus on efficiency and interaction

The result

Through the collaboration, Techstep has launched Lifecycle Portal — a B2B customer portal that brings together the entire lifecycle in one solution: from acquisition and configuration to service, return and reuse. The portal gives businesses full control and visibility at both company and user level, contributing to a more efficient, safe and sustainable mobile everyday life — with lower total costs.

This is how the portal creates value:

  • Automated management: Purchasing, setup, repairs and returns are handled seamlessly — reducing time spent and manual processes.
  • Self-service for employees: Users can order and manage their own devices within defined frameworks, freeing up IT resources.
