We started by surveying the needs of both the board and the residents of co-housing and condominiums. We then developed the concept and design for a portal that could handle everything from notification and system status to access control and energy management. Working closely with Fell Tech, we ensured that the solution was integrated with their hardware and ecosystem, and that both portal and app provide a seamless and safe user experience.

Together with Fell Tech we have developed the portal called Abralife Portal, specially designed for the board of co-housing and condominiums. This portal provides a comprehensive overview of system status, management and notification related to water protection systems and smart smoke detectors in all apartments, as well as access control on communal doors and garage doors.

The portal allows the board to monitor and manage the entire technical infrastructure of the building from one location, with notifications at events and easy access to history and device status. At the same time, residents can connect their own products in their apartments -- such as smart thermostats, door locks, lighting controls and other IoT devices supported by the system -- completely independent of the board's collective governance.

In this way, central control and individual freedom are combined in one platform, providing greater security, easier management and a more forward-looking living experience.
