The vision of Business for Peace is for all business leaders to aim to improve society. Managers should thus influence companies to act ethically, responsibly and create value for both business and society. Business for Peace developed the concept of business worthiness as a value judgment to describe value-driven business behavior. Having business dignity means using one's business influence in an ethical and responsible way for the purpose of creating social as well as economic value.

To help attract more sustainable business-worthy leaders, we've helped build Business for Peace's website. The Business for Peace website contains important information and inspiring stories of leaders with a high degree of business dignity. Our job is to design and build a website that presents this information in a user-friendly way, as well as using technology that allows the page to function smoothly.

We have also developed the nomination tool to select the Oslo Business for Peace Award. The tool facilitates a global nomination process before an independent committee of Nobel laureates in peace and economics selects its laureates.
