Concept
We listen to your ideas and map out your needs- this way we can find the best team of designers, architects, project manager and developers suited for your project and organization. Then we start the concept phase which varies in duration depending on scope of project. The concept phase may involve interviewing end-users to get a total overview of functional and technical requirements. Estimation for design and development as well as a concept document will be delivered when the concept phase is over.2
Design
Next is the design phase, where our local designers create wireframes, mock-ups and finished design in close cooperation with you and your end-users.3
Development
All development is done using collaborative, agile development methodologies and Scrum. If you are not familiar with agile and lean thinking-, we will set up a workshop to ensure a well-prepared process with your project participants.
