Graduate 2023

Gture - a sea of opportunities
Gture connects companies that want to create digital products and services with development expertise. Since we started in 2014, we have helped both small and large companies realise their digital dreams - from Tise, which was started at NTNU in 2014, to Telenor.

The demand for our services is high and we prioritise the projects we find exciting and that add value to the customer and society. You will work in a team locally in Norway - but also in a global network. We are able to adapt roles and tasks to our employees and what they want to work with and become good at - within software development, architecture, design, technology and project management. Through technology and product development, we create the products and services of the future!

Create your dream workplace
As a new employee with us, you will work on projects with our customers right from the start. You will receive close follow-up and be trained in new technologies. You will become a key part of our team of 26 and help shape Gture's further development. You will continuously gain more responsibility and develop into a technology and project manager. You will be responsible for major deliveries and important customer projects. You will influence the direction in which you want to develop. Do you want to become an expert in agile methods and develop into a good project manager? Help build the optimal system architecture? Lead a development team? Or maybe build specialist expertise in machine learning, IoT, DevOps or big data? Others talk about it, we do it.

Technologies
Some of the technologies we work extensively with are:

  • JS frameworks such as React, Vue
  • Cross-platform such as Flutter, React Native
  • .NET and C#, Node, Python
  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • Microservices
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS
  • App farm

Well-paid full-time position in autumn 2023 - possibility to combine studies with part-time position
We are looking for willing to learn and solution-oriented technology students who will graduate in the summer of 2023. In addition to unique full-time positions, there is the possibility of a part-time position starting soon (Oslo or remote). This will give you a good opportunity to get to know us better as a company. If you are interested, you can already now work with exciting challenges adapted to what you have time for alongside your studies. We pay competitive salaries.

The interview process
Applicants will be interviewed by our technologists - and a chat with some of us who started the company.
